Best for PDFs with selectable text. Scanned/image-only PDFs need OCR and are not supported yet.

Pre-launch limit: 20 pages, 15 MB and 30,000 extracted characters per PDF.

Translate a PDF automatically

Upload a text-based PDF, let QuickKit detect the source language, choose a target language and download a translated PDF. The tool keeps the original pages and images while replacing selectable text blocks where possible.

How to use it

  1. Select a PDF that contains selectable text.
  2. Leave source language on Auto or choose it manually.
  3. Choose the target language and select Translate PDF.
  4. Download the translated document and check the formatting before relying on it.

Formatting limitations

Translation changes text length, so complex tables, tightly packed columns, forms, uncommon fonts and text embedded inside images may not reproduce perfectly. Scanned documents are not translated in this version because OCR is not enabled yet.

FAQ

Does it detect the original language?

Yes. Auto detection is the default source-language setting.

Are scanned PDFs supported?

Not yet. The current version needs selectable text inside the PDF. OCR support can be added later.

Is my PDF sent to the translation provider?

The original PDF is processed by the QuickKit server. Extracted text is sent to the external translation service. Do not use the pre-launch HTTP version for confidential documents.
